After completing her high school education, Elle started her career as an intern in the Atlanta-based sports talk radio show called “2 live Stews” which is a part of 790/The Zone. The network is the primary broadcaster for several Boston teams, including the professional ice hockey team the Boston Bruins which is a part of the National Hockey League (NHL), and covering the Major League Baseball (MLB) team, the Boston Red Sox. NESN serves as the exclusive network for games of these teams not broadcast on a national network. With her work there, she also covered the NBA’s Boston Celtics.

Aside from her work in ESPN, Elle is also the host of the Adult Swim show entitled “FishCenter Live”, or FCL, joining hosts such as Dave Bonawits and Andrew Choe for the role in the show which has been running on the network since 2015.

Elle Duncan worked on the program “Change Shoes, Change Lives” and has done volunteer work, appearing in campus events. 

She also did a bit of acting work, appearing as a news reporter for the film “Ride Along”, which stars Kevin Hart, Ice Cube, and John Leguizamo, following the story of a high school security guard who works with his girlfriend’s brother, a police officer, in an effort to prove himself worthy of his girlfriend.

She’s been in a bit of trouble in the past, as she was arrested for reckless driving and hit with a DUI charge – she was reportedly driving at a high speed, weaving across the road and nearly hitting another vehicle; a test showed that her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. However, the charges were later dropped, and she managed to avoid any consequences for her actions then.
